2005/06 annual financial disclosure returns - Highlights
1 February 2007
The 2005/06 annual financial disclosure returns from political parties, associated entities and donors have been released for public inspection.
Those interested may access the annual returns on the AEC’s website at http://fadar.aec.gov.au/
The following political parties have failed to submit a return to date:
- One Nation Queensland Division (Deregistered 27 December 2006
THE POLITICAL PARTIES "ONE NATION IN ALL STATES EXCEPT NSW HAVE BEEN DEREGISTERED BY THE AUSTRALIAN ELECTORAL COMMISSION!
THIS OCCURED ON THE 27TH OF DECEMBER 2006.
This now means the only registered One Nation party in Australia is NSW Division! It also means that their Executive Committee is now the National Executive and it follows that all other Divisions in Australia MUST now rely on the grace of the National Executive to grant them permission to use the name One Nation and remain registered as a State party using that name.
Proof of the Federal bodies power over the states is outlined in the parties National Constitution section 8.3
It is of course in the interests of the National Executive to allow the States to remain registered using the name One Nation, however it also means that any representative or so called representative claiming the right to use the name One Nation , under the new situation, they MUST agree to be under the control of the National Executive and it's constitution. Anyone claiming they can just simply run as a State registered party and have no concerns about what has happened and the National Executive and the National Constitution, are either mistaken or out right liars!
All members are now former members of the party and if they wish to continue to support One Nation and remain members of a properly and legally registered party, they will now need to apply for permission to continue to use the name One Nation, also as the next federal election approaches rapidly, those former Divisions must now rely on NSW Division for Federal Candidate endorsement. Congratulations go out to the NSW Executive for handling the party registration correctly and Congratulations to Lorraine Conley and Chris Coyle for setting up the two NSW Division branches in Qld, Darling Downs/Lockyer and East Coast Queensland Branches. All Queensland members who wish to continue to support One Nation and remain Genuine Members should now contact Lorraine Conley and join NSW Division. The main question remains will what few FORMER members in Queensland remaining, now organize a reformation of Queensland Division with a fresh executive?
Will they realize they were brought to this strife as a result of relying on advice from those who are not capable of controlling and correctly leading a party?
The members can do without people who will look you in the eye and say a quorum can be made up of those present and letters of apology for not being able to attend a meeting pulled out of a brief case.
Anyone who participated in the string of nonsense and the publication of race hate material are not fit to run One Nation. Throw them out and pick honest people to represent you!
The true ramifications of these fellows Evans and Nelson quest for power and control at all cost may soon manifest itself.
Some of these people publicly attacked NSW Division for failing to change their party registration to a name without Pauline Hanson's name in it. Not telling the public or their members, it was their objections to the AEC when NSW Division applied to change the Division name to One Nation Australia that stopped NSW from effecting a name change. Copies of their objections to the AEC below.
The AEC received a total of six formal objections.
1. On 22 December 2004 the AEC received an objection from Mr Frank Thompson. Mr Thompson contended that the name One Nation Australia may be confused with the political party One Nation Western Australia.
2. On 4 January 2005 the AEC received an objection from Mr James P Hopkinson. Mr Hopkinson contended that registration of the name One Nation Australia may confuse electors into believing that it was the replacement for the now deregistered party, Pauline Hanson's One Nation.
3. On 4 January 2005 the AEC received an objection from Mr Brian McRae. Mr McRae contended that the registration of the name One Nation Australia is likely to be confused with that of an unrelated, recognised (now registered) party, One Nation Western Australia. He also contended that the registration of the name may confuse electors into believing the party is the federal body of the party, when it is not.
4. On 6 January 2005 the AEC received an objection from Mr Rod Evans. Mr Evans contended that the registration of the name One Nation Australia is likely to be confused with that of other unrelated, recognised parties, namely the other State divisions of One Nation.
5. On 12 January 2005 the AEC received an objection from Mrs Iris Candlish. Mrs Candlish contended that the proposed party name would cause confusion to electors by suggesting that it is not connected with the parent party. Mrs Candlish also contended that the application for the change of the registered party name has not been sanctioned in accordance with the procedures laid down in the constitution of Pauline Hanson’s One Nation (NSW Division).
6. On 13 January 2005 the AEC received an objection from Ms Pat Loy. Ms Loy contended that the name One Nation Australia would see the party perceived as the governing body of the party. Ms Loy also contended that application for the change of registered party name was not submitted to the party’s membership and, therefore, is not in accordance with the procedures laid down in the constitution of Pauline Hanson’s One Nation (NSW Division).
I have news for the above 6 and that is NOW the NSW Division is in fact the National Body!
As it happens their dirty trick has now blown up in their face, because the only One Nation federally registered party to survive the 27th of December deregistration was the NSW Division.
The reason for this (And I was told this by the AEC themselves) is because NSW was the only party Division which was registered as Pauline Hanson's One Nation before the federal election of 1998, all other divisions were registered after the 1998 Federal Election, and therefore under the new regulations which were passed in June 2006 and came into effect on the 27th of December 2006, meant only political parties who have a parliamentary party now (that is someone currently serving who was elected in the parties name) or who had a member of parliament in the parliament before were exempt from the deregistration. This means, thanks to Senator Len Harris having been elected in 1998, and NSW being the only One Nation party registered federally at that time, Pauline Hanson's One Nation NSW Division is now the only Federally registered party with the right to use the name One Nation in Australia!
Now for these two fellows Nelson and Evans?
One Nation NSW Division being the sole federal Party, and operating under the parties federal constitution, have full veto powers (se section 8.3 of the parties Nationanal constitution)and NO STATE DIVISION is allowed to use the name One Nation unless it has the permission of the National body!
Every Division now must depend on the good grace of the National body, not only for the right to use the name One Nation, but in order for anyone to stand federal candidates, they must now seek endorsement from the Federal Body.
The ramifications are
All former divisions will now have to come together in what will become the most important national meeting in the parties history. A leadership spill of all time will have to occur, and if run correctly the members or their delegates will have to elect a new national executive, who hopefully will represent every state.
If anyone thinks for one moment these two fellows Rod Evans and Ian Nelson will survive a genuine and legal executive election, they are gravely mistaken!
I feel sure Rod Evans & Ian Nelson won't get party endorsement to run as Queensland Senate Candidates, so they can kiss those aspirations GOOD BYE!
It would be wise as stated before if the few remaining party members in Queensland insisted on a special general meeting and an election of a fresh State Executive, and reinstitute the last remaining legal State Constitution; prior to the highly illegal Rod Evans and co one, thrown together in 2005.
If this pair think they can rely on the State Registration which is currently being held together by the grace of Rosa Lee-Long will allow them to carry on like nothing happened, they would be wrong VERY WRONG!
Rosa Lee Long is when it is all said and done is just another member. While it is true she being a member of State Parliament allows the party to remain registered, she still is just another member and is subject to the constitution just like all members are and the LEGAL state constitution under section 8.7, is subservient to the Federal Constitution. The Federal Executive, by a twist of fate, is now NSW Division. Therefore the name One Nation and the right to use it rests solely with NSW Division.
The smart thing for Queensland Members to do is Get rid of those who have not done the right thing by the party, and then elect a good committee one who holds no connection to the former committee this means Jim Savage , Colin Law , Anne Law, Ian Nelson, Rod Evans, Maggie Flynn, Bill Flynn, Peter Wise, Lew Arroita, Don Woodford, Ron Williams, David Hoy, John Slack-Smith Must now be sacked and replaced then the new Executive MUST reapply to the National Executive for the right to register a non parliamentary party (that is one with over 500 members) which is not going to be a an easy task as those in Beenleigh have either deliberately purged the party of members rightly or wrongly, or through their stupidity such as a long history of foolish election mistakes or slipshod AGM;s or publishing Race Hate material and bringing the party into disrepute and court, mostly for their own power grab, resulting in the party membership dropping below the 500 needed for federal registration in Queensland in fact they have less than 300.
For Qld Division to survive legally it must reform legally, it is over to the grass roots members to take action and take it NOW!
CONSIDER THIS
There is NO legal requirement for a political party to be federally registered in more than ONE STATE! One federal body can endorse candidates in all states and in fact the Australian Democrats only hold 1 federal registration. This situation has been the same since their foundation! It is entirely possible that the current National Executive (NSW Division) could decide to follow that course?
Whatever happens I feel sure it will soon be GOOD BYE ROD GOOD BYE IAN GOOD BYE COLIN AND ANNE GOOD BYE!!!
ONE NATION UNFAIRLY AND SAVAGELY ATTACKS PAULINE HANSON!
Their attack in plain type and in Gold and Blue and my defense in italics in Red and Yellow.
HANSON ON COMEBACK TRAIL
Note the heading says HANSON and not Pauline Hanson, no different from the Liberals and the main stream media, something Rod Evans objected to in the past when he was working his way to power..
Is it ego, money, or concern for the country or is it just to promote her book?
Are we jealous Pauline is an author?
In a TV interview on channel seven she claimed she is planning to run as an independent in the next federal elections because of past problems with white ants in the party.
The party since those days has been purged of white ants and trouble makers, thus if she had genuine concerns about the state of the nation she would be running on the party platform.
Pauline told me in court on the day before she was jailed. That she would "never return to One Nation while Evans and that lot are still there" I don't blame her the white ants were not purged out they took over!
Another point to be considered is that is she is being paid to run as an independent by those in control of the corrupt two party systems who wish to destroy One Nation thus eliminating any opposition to world government.
Couched as a question, to try and cover their legal backsides, however not masking the vial and low vitriolic filth now coming from those currently illegally in control of One Nation Queensland Division. Is this kind of filth exactly what we have seen coming from One Nation's enemies? Does this confirm the suggestion the party is indeed under the control of a most vial enemy?
Surely Pauline must still have a conscience, what about the thousands of people, pensioners and others who contributed to her because they thought she was genuine in her concern for a better Australia?
Pauline most definitely has a conscience, that is why she refuses to join what she sees as a hijacked party, and her concern for those who supported her, is what is driving her to take legal action to recover the $500+thousand dollars held by the ECQ, something Rod Evans has many times said he would not do. To suggest Pauline is being paid by the Liberals is the lowest act I have seen these people stoop to.
Many were disappointed that she deserted them like a rat from a sinking ship after the money ran out. (Over a $million went in legal fees & her expenses)
As has been said before, Pauline did not leave One Nation; rather she was driven out, by the realization of exactly who hijacked the party. Because of her clean conscience, she could no longer stand in the presence of such darkness.
The party has been kept going by those Australians who are dedicated to ridding Australia of corrupt government and are concerned about the future.
The party has been kept going by the good hearted but sincerely misguided people, who continue to fund a party which committee misuses the parties funds, and refuses to supply the few members remaining a properly and professionally audited financial report, in stead these same people removed all clauses which controlled the misuse of finances from their constitution! I’m sure the members would question their committee buying others on the committee a car, and paying for all expenses of some executives trips around Australia, when that un elected executive was supposed to be concentrating on matters in Queensland! The final decision rests with Pauline, she must decide between self interest or One Nation; this will be her last chance.

In good conscience, Pauline could not stand for a hijacked racial hatred publishing, poison spitting group. How egotistical these people are to assume that without them Pauline is on her last chance! I have to ask them who was it that started One Nation in the first place? Did these people not sign a membership form and receive a party constitution, whereby they filled out a Stat. Dec. Promising to continue the fight started by, now let me see who was that again, oh yes Pauline Hanson, and did they also agree to promise to support Pauline Hanson? Last chance? Pauline has every right to stand as an Independent, as many times as she wishes, doesn't she?
