2005/06 annual financial disclosure returns - Highlights

1 February 2007

The 2005/06 annual financial disclosure returns from political parties, associated entities and donors have been released for public inspection.

Those interested may access the annual returns on the AEC’s website at http://fadar.aec.gov.au/

The following political parties have failed to submit a return to date:

  • One Nation Queensland Division (Deregistered 27 December 2006

THE  POLITICAL PARTIES "ONE NATION IN ALL STATES EXCEPT NSW HAVE BEEN DEREGISTERED BY THE AUSTRALIAN ELECTORAL COMMISSION!

THIS  OCCURED ON THE 27TH OF DECEMBER 2006.

This now means the only registered One Nation party in Australia is NSW Division! It also means that their Executive Committee is now the National Executive and it follows that all other Divisions in Australia MUST now rely on the grace of the National Executive to grant them permission to use the name One Nation and remain registered as a State party using that name.

Proof of the Federal bodies power over the states is outlined in the parties National Constitution section 8.3

It is of course in the interests of the National Executive to allow the States to remain registered using the name One Nation, however it also means that any representative or so called representative claiming the right to use the name One Nation , under the new situation, they MUST agree to be under the control of the National Executive and it's constitution. Anyone claiming they can just simply run as a State registered party and have no concerns about what has happened and the National Executive and the National Constitution, are either mistaken or out right liars!

All members are now former members of the party and if they wish to continue to support One Nation and remain members of a properly and legally registered party, they will now need to apply for permission to continue to use the name One Nation, also as the next federal election approaches rapidly, those former Divisions must now rely on NSW Division for Federal Candidate endorsement. Congratulations go out to the NSW Executive for handling the party registration correctly and Congratulations to Lorraine Conley and Chris Coyle for setting up the two NSW Division branches in Qld, Darling Downs/Lockyer and East Coast Queensland Branches. All Queensland members who wish to continue to support One Nation and remain Genuine Members should now contact Lorraine Conley and join NSW Division. The main question remains will what few FORMER members in Queensland remaining, now organize a reformation of Queensland Division with a fresh executive?

Will they realize they were brought to this strife as a result of relying on advice from those who are not capable of controlling and correctly leading a party?

The members can do without people who will look you in the eye and say a quorum can be made up of those present and letters of apology for not being able to attend a meeting pulled out of a brief case.

Anyone who participated in the string of nonsense and the publication of race hate material are not fit to run One Nation. Throw them out and pick honest people to represent you!

The true ramifications of these fellows Evans and Nelson quest for power and control at all cost may soon manifest itself.

Some of these people publicly attacked NSW Division for failing to change their party registration to a name without Pauline Hanson's name in it. Not telling the public or their members, it was their objections to the AEC when NSW Division applied to change the Division name to One Nation Australia that stopped NSW from effecting a name change. Copies of their objections to the AEC below.

The AEC received a total of six formal objections.

1.  On 22 December 2004 the AEC received an objection from Mr Frank Thompson. Mr Thompson contended that the name One Nation Australia may be confused with the political party One Nation Western Australia.

2.  On 4 January 2005 the AEC received an objection from Mr James P Hopkinson. Mr Hopkinson contended that registration of the name One Nation Australia may confuse electors into believing that it was the replacement for the now deregistered party, Pauline Hanson's One Nation.

3.  On 4 January 2005 the AEC received an objection from Mr Brian McRae. Mr McRae contended that the registration of the name One Nation Australia is likely to be confused with that of an unrelated, recognised (now registered) party, One Nation Western Australia. He also contended that the registration of the name may confuse electors into believing the party is the federal body of the party, when it is not.

4.  On 6 January 2005 the AEC received an objection from Mr Rod Evans. Mr Evans contended that the registration of the name One Nation Australia is likely to be confused with that of other unrelated, recognised parties, namely the other State divisions of One Nation.

5.  On 12 January 2005 the AEC received an objection from Mrs Iris Candlish. Mrs Candlish contended that the proposed party name would cause confusion to electors by suggesting that it is not connected with the parent party. Mrs Candlish also contended that the application for the change of the registered party name has not been sanctioned in accordance with the procedures laid down in the constitution of Pauline Hanson’s One Nation (NSW Division).

6.  On 13 January 2005 the AEC received an objection from Ms Pat Loy. Ms Loy contended that the name One Nation Australia would see the party perceived as the governing body of the party. Ms Loy also contended that application for the change of registered party name was not submitted to the party’s membership and, therefore, is not in accordance with the procedures laid down in the constitution of Pauline Hanson’s One Nation (NSW Division).

I have news for the above 6 and that is NOW the NSW Division is in fact the National Body!

As it happens their dirty trick has now blown up in their face, because the only One Nation federally registered party to survive the 27th of December deregistration was the NSW Division.

The reason for this (And I was told this by the AEC themselves) is because NSW was the only party Division which was registered as Pauline Hanson's One Nation before the federal election of 1998, all other divisions were registered after the 1998 Federal Election, and therefore under the new regulations which were passed in June 2006 and came into effect on the 27th of December 2006, meant only political parties who have a parliamentary party now (that is someone currently serving who was elected in the parties name) or who had a member of parliament in the parliament before were exempt from the deregistration. This means, thanks to Senator Len Harris having been elected in 1998, and NSW being the only One Nation party registered federally at that time, Pauline Hanson's One Nation NSW Division is now the only Federally registered party with the right to use the name One Nation in Australia!

Now for these two fellows Nelson and Evans?

One Nation NSW Division being the sole federal Party, and operating under the parties federal constitution, have full veto powers (se section 8.3 of the parties Nationanal constitution)and NO STATE DIVISION is allowed  to use the name One Nation unless it has the permission of the National body!

Every Division now must depend on the good grace of the National body, not only for the right to use the name One Nation, but in order for anyone to stand federal candidates, they must now seek endorsement from the Federal Body.

The ramifications are

All former divisions will now have to come together in what will become the most important national meeting in the parties history. A leadership spill of all time will have to occur, and if run correctly the members or their delegates will have to elect a new national executive, who hopefully will represent every state.

If anyone thinks for one moment these two fellows Rod Evans and Ian Nelson will survive a genuine and legal executive election, they are gravely mistaken!

I feel sure Rod Evans & Ian Nelson won't get party endorsement to run as Queensland Senate Candidates, so they can kiss those aspirations GOOD BYE!

It would be wise as stated before if the few remaining party members in Queensland insisted on a special general meeting and an election of a fresh State Executive, and reinstitute the last remaining legal State Constitution; prior to the highly illegal Rod Evans and co one, thrown together in 2005.

If this pair think they can rely on the State Registration which is currently being held together by the grace of Rosa Lee-Long will allow them to carry on like nothing happened, they would be wrong VERY WRONG!

Rosa Lee Long is when it is all said and done is just another member. While it is true she being a member of State Parliament allows the party to remain registered, she still is just another member and is subject to the constitution just like all members are and the LEGAL state constitution under section 8.7, is subservient to the Federal Constitution. The Federal Executive, by a twist of fate, is now NSW Division. Therefore the name One Nation and the right to use it rests solely with NSW Division.

The smart thing for Queensland Members to do is Get rid of those who have not done the right thing by the party, and then elect a good committee one who holds no connection to the former committee this means  Jim Savage , Colin Law , Anne Law, Ian Nelson, Rod Evans, Maggie Flynn, Bill Flynn, Peter Wise, Lew Arroita, Don Woodford, Ron Williams, David Hoy, John Slack-Smith Must now be sacked and replaced then the new Executive MUST reapply to the National Executive for the right to register a non parliamentary party (that is one with over 500 members) which is not going to be a an easy task as those in Beenleigh have either deliberately purged the party of members rightly or wrongly, or through their stupidity such as a long history of foolish election mistakes or slipshod AGM;s or publishing Race Hate material and bringing the party into disrepute and court, mostly for their own power grab, resulting in the party membership dropping below the 500 needed for federal registration in Queensland in fact they have less than 300.

For Qld Division to survive legally it must reform legally, it is over to the grass roots members to take action and take it NOW!

CONSIDER THIS

There is NO legal requirement for a political party to be federally registered in more than ONE STATE! One federal body can endorse candidates in all states and in fact the Australian Democrats only hold 1 federal registration. This situation has been the same since their foundation! It is entirely possible that the current National Executive (NSW Division) could decide to follow that course?

Whatever happens I feel sure it will soon be GOOD BYE ROD GOOD BYE IAN GOOD BYE COLIN AND ANNE GOOD BYE!!!

ONE NATION UNFAIRLY AND SAVAGELY ATTACKS PAULINE HANSON!

Their attack in plain type and in Gold and Blue and my defense in italics in Red and Yellow.

HANSON ON COMEBACK TRAIL

Note the heading says HANSON and not Pauline Hanson, no different from the Liberals and the main stream media, something Rod Evans objected to in the past when he was working his way to power..

Is it ego, money, or concern for the country or is it just to promote her book?

Are we jealous Pauline is an author?

In a TV interview on channel seven she claimed she is planning to run as an independent in the next federal elections because of past problems with white ants in the party.

The party since those days has been purged of white ants and trouble makers, thus if she had genuine concerns about the state of the nation she would be running on the party platform.

Pauline told me in court on the day before she was jailed. That she would "never return to One Nation while Evans and that lot are still there" I don't blame her the white ants were not purged out they took over!

Another point to be considered is that is she is being paid to run as an independent by those in control of the corrupt two party systems who wish to destroy One Nation thus eliminating any opposition to world government.

Couched as a question, to try and cover their legal backsides, however not masking the vial and low vitriolic filth now coming from those currently illegally in control of One Nation Queensland Division. Is this kind of filth exactly what we have seen coming from One Nation's enemies? Does this confirm the suggestion the party is indeed under the control of a most vial enemy?

Surely Pauline must still have a conscience, what about the thousands of people, pensioners and others who contributed to her because they thought she was genuine in her concern for a better Australia?

Pauline most definitely has a conscience, that is why she refuses to join what she sees as a hijacked party, and her concern for those who supported her, is what is driving her to take legal action to recover the $500+thousand dollars held by the ECQ, something Rod Evans has many times said he would not do. To suggest Pauline is being paid by the Liberals is the lowest act I have seen these people stoop to.

Many were disappointed that she deserted them like a rat from a sinking ship after the money ran out. (Over a $million went in legal fees & her expenses)

As has been said before, Pauline did not leave One Nation; rather she was driven out, by the realization of exactly who hijacked the party. Because of her clean conscience, she could no longer stand in the presence of such darkness.

The party has been kept going by those Australians who are dedicated to ridding Australia of corrupt government and are concerned about the future.

The party has been kept going by the good hearted but sincerely misguided people, who continue to fund a party which committee misuses the parties funds, and  refuses to supply the few members remaining a properly and professionally audited financial report, in stead these same people removed all clauses which controlled the misuse of finances from their constitution! I’m sure the members would question their committee buying others on the committee a car, and paying for all expenses of some executives trips around Australia, when that un elected executive was supposed to be concentrating on matters in Queensland! The final decision rests with Pauline, she must decide between self interest or One Nation; this will be her last chance.

http://sa.onenation.com.au/beenleigh.htm

In good conscience, Pauline could not stand for a hijacked racial hatred publishing, poison spitting group. How egotistical these people are to assume that without them Pauline is on her last chance! I have to ask them who was it that started One Nation in the first place? Did these people not sign a membership form and receive a party constitution, whereby they filled out a Stat. Dec. Promising to continue the fight started by, now let me see who was that again, oh yes Pauline Hanson, and did they also agree to promise to support Pauline Hanson? Last chance? Pauline has every right to stand as an Independent, as many times as she wishes, doesn't she?

MORE NEWS!!!

What happened to One Nation Queensland Division Federally Registered?

simply it was hijacked.

In order of most dangerous to leaset dangerous.

Rodney Andrew Evans.

Rod Evans, has claimed to be a former South Australian Police officer, Auto industry storeman, shop steward, petrol station owner, mechanic and if one were to analyze the number of jobs he claims to have worked in and time spent he would be over 106 years old. Let’s now examine factual evidence of Rod Evans involvement in One Nation.

Rod Evans joined One Nation on the night of 27th of August 1997. He joined the Beenleigh Branch and as there was a requirement for all executive members to sign an undated resignation letter, Rod never joined the executive until this rule was later withdrawn by the National Executive in 1998. Chris Coyle was the inaugural Branch President. One of the rules in place was that NO Candidate is allowed to serve as an Executive.    Rod Evans did not participate until the 9th of October 1997. Rod's first move was to move a motion that every member contributes $1.00 towards the cost of running the meeting. On the 23rd of October 1997 Fred Pitt (a former Police Officer) nominated Rod Evans to join a pre election sub committee. 13th of November Chris Coyle calls for nominations for State Candidates are made and published in the newspapers. 27th November 1997 Rod Evans suggested that the branch open an email address via his address for $5.00 per month. 5th February 1998 Rod Evans moved that a member of the committee be appointed as an initial contact with various organizations. 26th February Rod tenders his resignation from the preselection committee, as he has nominated for Albert, and as per the rules he as a Candidate is not allowed to hold an Executive position. 9th of April Rod Evans announced a public meeting with families at Jacobs Well (Enter Colin Law?) by this time Rod had put his name down to get involved wherever he can, regardless of if it was in Albert or not. 21st of May 1998 Rod Evans is unofficially acting as a Branch leason officer. From 23rd April meetings are being held at Wendy Kelly's house in Wolffdene, Rod Evans and Wendy share a common interest in Hand Guns. 2nd July 1998 Wendy Kelly become our leason person for Albert. 9th of July was set for the date of the Branch AGM. 9th July an unusual roll up of members 26 in fact only 9 of them on the committee and some of those present were members of the new Waterford branch, including Jim Hebbard the candidate for Waterford. Jim Hebbard nominated Rod Evans as president, Rod Evans accepted the nomination (Hang on a minute Rod Evans was a candidate and not legally allowed to be an executive member) a count was done and this included votes from other branch members, and Rod Evans was elected, in other words Rod Evans became president as a result of branch stacking and electoral fraud! Rod Evans first moves to power.

Rod Evans introduces Carl Thompson as a mate of his who is a former Journalist who was helping Adrian Dean with his campaign.

6th August Rod Evans nominates Carl Thompson to the Committee. 20th August Rod Evans suggests Carl Thompson do the lay out for the One Nation Election newspaper for Adrian Dean. Ces Clark and Chris Coyle discover Thompson to be an extreme racist and start investigating him. 10th September Carl Thompson present but on the 8th October he fails to attend that meeting. Rod Evans suggested that Pauline Hanson's name be dropped from the Party. 21st October Rod Evans moved the party separate from all connection to the PTY LTD (It must be noted that the party being separated from the PTY LTD was what the Police needed to later convict Pauline Hanson of fraud, and it was Company law, a law which protects PTY LTD companies, is what was used to free Pauline and David!)

5th November Rod Evans stated that Pauline was the only person to suggest her name be removed from the party (Hang on a minute was it not Rod Evans who suggested this in October?)

Rod Evans “We need a line of contact through zones. State Committee should be expanded etc, we should have the right to have Branch delegates at State Committee Meetings" (I wonder who Rod had in mind?)

Rod Evans “Meet with Pauline on a regular basis? Quarterly? '' We have the right to talk to her; we should also be able to talk to our Parliamentarians."

(Are we seeing a move for greater power?)

25th March 1999 Colin Law makes his first appearance.

Rod Evans moved that the AGM be held at the Community hall on the 23rd of August 1999. Seconded Colin Law Normally Chris Coyle and Cec Clark  were nominated to be delegates at AGM's Fred Pitt (an ex Policeman, and strong supporter of Rod Evans, another ex Policeman) moved that Colin Law replace Cec Clark as the delegate to join Chris Coyle at the AGM. Fred Pitt moved that Colin Law's expenses be paid for the AGM, (Chris Coyle had to make his own arrangements.)August 1999 Chris Coyle returned as President, exit Carl Thompson. 13th Feb 2002 Colin Law to be nominated  as the State Executive President  at the Conference and Rod Evans to be nominated  as the State Policy Executive, and he would like the position of media spokesperson.

6th March Colin Law to be nominated as Vice President of the State Executive Committee proposed by Rod Evans Seconded by Fred Pitt. Colin Law nominated Rod Evans for Policy executive. Proposed changes to the constitution to be presented to the AGM by Rod Evans, and NOT by one of the 2 chosen delegates

September 2002 Rod Evans Now on the State Executive and about to be appointed as National President upon Pauline's resignation.

Basically Now Rod has taken over the National Executive and State Director Queensland, he organized the following.

Himself on an expense account, (No other State Executive in One Nation history to do this)  the committee to agree on a Car being bought for him out of member’s money, and an etag, all expenses met including travel and accommodation and fuel. He also organized his expenses to be met for air fares to WA and Victoria where he interfered in the running of State Executive meetings. He organized thousands of dollars to be sent to WA to help his team there to get rid of Ed Wall, John Fisher and Frank Hough. I will support the next few claims with copies of documents which will be posted on this page.

1. Rod Evans informed the AEC that he did in fact inform the Branches inside the minimum legal period prior to the 2003 AGM, also informing them that the memo announcing the AGM was sent out to the Branches prior to the 31st of December 2002 and they had received that memo and passed it on to their members prior to the 31st of December 2002, when in fact the memo was not received until mid January and could not be otherwise as it was not finished until the 31st of December 2002 and the date on the memo confirms this. Rod tried to convince the Branch secretaries to lie to the AEC on his behalf by writing to them asking them to fill out a form letter stating the lie, most refused and some it is believed did lie.

Also in 2003 the nominations for the executive positions of the National Executives began. Also the fact that several major honest obstacles stood in the path of Rod Evans quest for absolute power, the biggest obstacle being Senator Len Harris, Rod Evans openly announced his contempt for Len. On many occasions he simply referred to Len as “That Harris" or Harris. When 2004 drew closer preparations were being made to hold an AGM in Adelaide SA, Rod Evans described the suggestion of a nation wide postal ballot as "A farce of a postal ballot" In fact according to one of the organizers, when they approached Rod Evans for an address to send the ballot papers to for Queensland Rod was quoted as having said if you send them here we will burn them. The organizers got exactly the same response from WA. A very small number of Queensland members managed to order some ballot papers from SA and distributed them to other members. Lorraine Conley asked the then Toowoomba branch for ballot papers to go out to the Toowoomba members, he David Hoy refused and later claimed he had not gone to the P.O. Box to clear it until after the National AGM was over. February 2004 the last optical to Rod Evans gaining of absolute power Chris Coyle was unconstitutionally sacked. As always Rod has never been able to achieve his goals honestly, he could not get rid of Chris by any other means, so he made false accusations against Chris. Rod Evans claimed that on the Queensland State Election polling day Feb 7th 2004 Chris had caused trouble on a polling booth, causing complaints to be phoned into the One Nation state office from both the Police and Electoral commission. A lie Rod Evans continues to push even in the face of letters from the Police and Electoral commission stating they never made such complaints. In spite of the Beenleigh Branches unanimous vote demanding Chris Coyle's return, Rod Evans ignored his own branch and the dozens of letters of protest to this criminal act Rod Evans continued to insist on Chris's sacking from the Queensland Division. As soon as Chris was on his 3 month suspension which was to result in his sacking anyway, Evans brought his white supremist mate Carl Thompson into the branch and placed him in charge of the layout of the party’s official newspaper '' The Nation''. throughout the lead up to the coming Federal Election an election which was curtail for Senator Len Harris to be re-elected, Rod Evans plan to get rid of Len was enacted. Rod Evans boasted being involved in convincing Pauline Hanson to stand as an independent candidate in Queensland against Len, both Evans and Thompson worked furiously to discredit One Nation The pair of them pumped out articles in '' The Nation'' which blamed the Jews for the pornography industry and for owning all of the media and owning and controlling the Courts in Australia. This along with advertising books from the KKK in "The Nation" As a result of this other articles appeared such as this one

The Neo-Nazis Move In On One Nation: ' Another Job Well Done' ; One Nation Paper Subject Of Human Rights Harassment, A Party Crisis, New Disruptions.

Jim Saleam

We have edited this article to remove a name from public view. The article remains because it has undoubtedly been cached elsewhere etc. The Editors decline any correspondence as to this amendment.

They have done it again. The One Nation party has been targeted by the neo-nazi fraternity and a new crisis has resulted. Are the neo-nazis only stupid, or do they understand what they do?

The story first appeared in The Australian on December 9. An ALP Senator had denounced the "anti-semitic" and madcap "conspiracy" writings in The Nation, the Queensland based paper of the One Nation party. On December 17, the Australian Jewish News weighed in. The Jewish paper reported complaints would be lodged with the Human Rights And Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC) thought police, to the effect that the paper "vilified" Jews. It reported on particular material by one "MMM".

Quite significantly, the Australian Jewish News did not offer any information on the actual 'identity' of MMM, nor did it comment upon other authors withh similar views. Not for one moment do I believe this newspaper does not know who these persons are. The story is presented in the usual way, with allegations of anti-semitism, the need for action, the traditional shock-horror-show. However, if the party has been deliberately subject to an infiltration and the attack orchestrated, then we are dealing with provocation and its' results.

Of course, as the natonalists well know, MMM was closely involved in the 'White Pride Coalition of Australia' (WPCA), also having neo-nazi (and other Right) connections back over twenty three years.

In the wake of the attacks upon the One Nation paper, another party crisis has resulted. The paper will be deprived of further funding, and its' editor (who has allowed the neo-nazis in) will be sacked. It is possible a judgement will issue at the HREOC against the paper, thereby eroding freedom of expression. Whether One Nation 'gets it' or not - is debateable. The party will probably rant on about its' moderation and opposition to extremism. That is not now the point and never was the point. The party did this when it was targetted in 1999 with the Ku Klux Klan in its' ranks. Of course, the neo-nazis had deliberately joined One Nation and then 'came out' as Kluxers to a massive media racism beat-up. It destabilised the party. One Nation responded then with statements about the evils of racism. It simply did not understand the dirty tricks operation employed against it.

So, history repeats, as it always does with the neo-nazis. First up, we need to determine what has happened and what was it the neo-nazis were doing. Information provided tells us that MMM approached Rod Evans, editor of The Nation, some months ago. MMM had been a journalist with Brisbane suburban papers in the 1980's. Unfortunately, he has fallen on hard times, suffering a major depression and has been compelled to seek a Disability Support Pension. Possibly in that regard, he appeared in a national women's magazine some years ago, interviewed in relation to his penis enlargement operation. MMM surfaced about eighteen months back in Brisbane, joining "John Streicher's" local neo-nazi cell, which is now the local WPCA group. He also writes on Internet forums as "howlingdog88". Without revealing his background, he offered his services to Mr. Evans. The foot was in the door.

It seems reasonably clear that a new neo-nazi 'initiative' was worked out in September. With Jack van Tongeren (the only really genuine 'National Socialist') in prison, the neo-nazis did not think of any campaign on his behalf, but like true rats - conjured a new scam to promote the 'ideology'. MMM would start writing for the paper. He would start with anti-Zionism at first and then tip over into anti-semitic quackery. He would attack the war in Iraq, and then peddle weird theories of history and world events. All this, he achieved. He would then involve other neo-nazi writers in the paper. A parallel strategy would see a new neo-nazi group coalesce (there were disputes over leadership and label) but an infiltration of One Nation in other places (like Sydney) would begin. Indeed, on a ruse, a person heavily involved in neo-nazism in Sydney telephoned me on November 27 - and tried to ask specific questions as to my knowledge of the actual membership strength of One Nation. I now see why.

Secondly, what do we do about the never-ending provocation of the neo-nazis? These people must have known that in increasing the weird tempo of the articles in The Nation and using cartoons of Jews with big noses, that the heat would come down. Is the plan based on the ridiculous idea that by attracting the neo-nazi label, the victim will roll over and decide they may as well play neo-nazi too? Indeed, the author has heard this very strategy stated! Of course, the victim declines this option. Perhaps as David Palmer put it in Sydney's The Telegraph newspaper in June 1999, if their "help" is refused by the target organization, they resort to "sabotage".

This sickness must be resisted by all nationalists and patriots. Intelligence work has been done in this current affair and the victim party alerted in full. There will be no more newspapers under manipulation, no successful infiltration of the party and no articles accepted by outside groups which emanate from the neo-nazis who sought to rely on their One Nation credentials. It will soon be back to the drawing board once again.

Merry Christmas to those who moved in time!

NOTE THE PERSON IN CHARGE AT THE TIME OF THE REFERRED TO ARTICLES WAS CARL THOMPSON!!!

Articles such as seen in " The Nation"

brought Evans to court.

Here is the court judgement.

REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
1 When the matter was called on for hearing this morning, Mr Noel Evans indicated that he wished to appear for the respondent, which is referred to in the application as ‘One Nation as publisher of The Nation’. There is some doubt in my mind as to the standing of One Nation. Mr Evans indicated that One Nation is an unincorporated association and that it does not have any legal assistance, either as a consequence of any legislation relating to elections or otherwise. In those circumstances, the applicant sought leave to amend the application by the substitution of Mr Noel Evans as the respondent Mr Evans accepts that he is the publisher of the journal which is the subject of the complaint.

2 In the circumstances, I consider that it is appropriate to give leave to amend entitlement of the proceeding by the substitution of Mr Rodney Andrew Evans as the respondent.

3 I make orders in accordance with draft short minutes as amended which I have initialled, dated with today’s date and placed with the papers.

I certify that the preceding three (3) numbered paragraphs are a true copy of the Reasons for Judgment herein of the Honourable Justice Emmett.

Credability of a party rests with it's Leadership. Not accepting being unelected in March 2004 Evans used 550 names from the State registration of the party to fool the AEC into federally registering his new party One Nation Queensland Division (Federally Registered) and it worked, the stupidity of the AEC and their stupid rule of only checking 20 names out of over 500 submitted paid of for Evans, while Evans was helping in the conviction of Pauline Hanson, by not doing his job properly, he was able to perpetrate a genuine fraud on the AEC and the Australian Tax Payer. Since the DPP and others witinn the Beatie Government blew what is said to be $5,000,000.00 (FIVE MILLION DOLLARS) of the tax payer, wrongly convicting Pauline and David, they are loathed to even read complaints about the genuine fraud carried out by Rod Evans. This if not addressed by the AEC, will result in the taxpayer being ripped off again by genuine fraud, to the tune of what is tipped to be around half a million dollars after the Federal Election in 2007 in Queensland alone. Actions such as these takes away all credability and destroyes it for all time to come, some have suggested that this is exactly the Goal Rod Evans was ordered to make happen.

This act achieved 3 goals

1. It got rid of Len Harris.

2. It used Pauline to do this and kept her out as well.

3. It proved once and for always that One Nation was a racist, extremist party, and those who claimed this loudly for 7 years had always been correct.

These actions caused over 100 members to either quit the party or join the NSW Division as did most of the Toowoomba branch and Chris Coyle who formed the East Coast Queensland branch and Lorraine Conley who formed the Darling Downs/Lockyer branch of Pauline Hanson's One Nation NSW Division.

When Rod Evans took over, Queensland Division had 82 branches and had not long stood 89 Candidates in the 1998 Queensland State Election gaining 11 members in Parliament, now he rules with an iron fist 8 branches, in name only, 4 with enough members to make them legal under what remains of the parties constitution and less than 200 members in Queensland. NOTE a party must have over 500 members to be federally registered, they do not and the only way they are legally registered with the ECQ is by the good grace of Rosa Lee Long member for tablelands. Rod Evans has turned out to be the biggest and most dangerous white ant One Nation has ever experienced.

The hijacked and since deregistered One Nation Party in Queensland held their A.G.M on Saturday the 26th of May 2007.

Since their failed attempt to hold a legal A.G.M on the Easter weekend in 2005 after failing to reach a quorum of 50 One Nation Queensland Division held another AGM at Peter Wise's farm out of Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast in September of 2005. After reducing the number required to form a quorum from 50 to just 20. Wise's farm was the venue for the 2007 Farcical A.G.M.

Why farcical? A case in point was the election of office bearers. In 2005 some members applied for inclusion in the election process and because they were members the current committee did not want elected, there names were left off the ballot papers, which was the responsibility of Anne Law the then Secretary and returning officer and candidate for office in the same election. Following embarrassing complaints from those members who were left off the ballot papers, the procedure for electing office bearers was tightened up to ensure there was not a repeat of that farce. The election of office bearers in 2007 was by ballot paper again but only 1 candidate per position was printed on the ballot papers and those names were the current executive, ensuring a smooth election.

Even though the rules state clearly that if there is only 1 candidate for a position the position is automatically declared filled, no not this committee, they insisted on printing ballot papers and mailing out those papers for the few remaining members to fill out and send back and some of the approximately 35 members who attended the A.G.M counted and scrutinized the counting of the ballot papers.

of the deregistration took place and the fact that in order to stand candidates in the federal election they would have to be endorsed by N.S.W Division was realized. Not much else was discussed worthy of note other than they were producing a commercial for the election concentrating on the huge waste of drinking water being pumped from Frasier Island into the sea each day, however the brains (and I use that term loosely) behind the scheme decided to put on a show by hiring a plane to pick up some key members and the nominated candidate and they also hired a helicopter to take them from the mainland to Frasier Island, the chopper was held there on standby while the commercial was shot and over 5 hours later and over $5,000.00 later for the chopper hire alone they had finished the shoot, only to find out that they had not gained permission to film on Frasier Island anyway, so it is now doubtful the add will air on mainstream TV.It is rumored that the money for the plane and chopper and filming was paid for by Peter Wise, well we have to ask was he so wise? One of the main questions remain and that is how much longer will these stupidities continue to be funded and supported, before the few members remaining in QLD Division ask them selves if they might have elected the wrong people, oh that’s right they did not get a choice!

In the name of Pauline

You may be wondering why the political party Paulime Hanson is trying to register in time for the next Federal Election (our informants say is due in September this year) is said to be called Pauline's United Australia Party, does not contain the name Hanson? When Pauline left her One Nation Party in 2002 She left in the incompetent hands of Rod Evans and Ian Nelson and Colin Law just to name a few, with Rod Evans ruling the party and influencing Victorian Division, W A Division and to a lesser extent SA Division, the WA Division and Qld Division were registered with the Australian Electoral Commission as One Nation, removing the name Pauline Hanson from the party, as requested by Pauline herself, however because NSW Division was not taking the advise of Rod Evans and was awake to what Rod was up to and as a result was out of favor with QLD VIC and WA Divisions, when NSW Division attempted to remove Pauline Hanson's name from the party and register as One Nation Australia, they were refused the name change by the AEC solely based on the objections by VIC QLD and WA Divisions executives, and their objections were the only received by the AEC. NSW were forced to retain the name Pauline Hanson's One Nation. Prior to December 2006 the AEC contacted all of the parties which were on a list of parties to be deregistered, the AEC gave all the parties in all states the opportunity to go to a meeting with the AEC and prove their case as to why they should remain registered, Rod Evans did not bother to show, nor did anyone from QLD Division. On the 27th of December 2006 all of the minor parties on the list were deregistered, with the exception of NSW Division, which attended the meetings with the AEC and was found to be the only credible division of the party to be registered, which under the new rules of the AEC, NSW Division became the sole owner of the rights to use the names Pauline Hanson or One Nation for the purpose of Federal Registration with the AEC.Pauline Hanson has approached the NSW Division demanding them to remove her name from the party, but was kindly reminded they attempted to do exactly that and was refused by a letter campaign of objections by Rod Evans Paulins appointed National President, and if Pauline wanted to have her name removed she had to contact Rod Evans and sort out the problems he has created, because his actions in protesting the name change has ultimately resulted in Pauline herself not being able to use her name in a Federal Political Party Registration.

This is a second generation fax, if you enlarge it even though this imige is dark you can see what it was taken from by comparing it with the photo to the right of this photo. this is the letter put out by Colin Law and Peter Wise in an attempt to falsely accuse Chris Coyle of being a nazi, this took place after Chris Coyle published articles from the Internet showing who hijacked One Nation. The photo was cut from a movie poster advertising a movie Chris acted in. This was the sixth failed attempt to discredit Chris Coyle after the letters of protest continued to come into the One Nation Queensland Division office.

The original movie poster used by Colin Law and Peter Wise in the failed attempt to discredit Chris Coyle. The actions of desperate criminals.

This is the letter from the Electoral Commission proving the claim by Rod Evans that the ECQ rang him complaining about Chris Coyle's conduct on a polling booth TO BE COMPLETELY FALSE.

This is the letter from the Police proving Rod Evans to yet again be the liar that he is.

This letter is the form letter Rod Evans sent to the branch secretaries asking them to fill out a form letter telling the AEC a lie, in other words he wanted them to cover the lies he already told to the AEC. On the bottom is a comment from one of the branch secretaries.

This is the memo 01/03 the date is the most important, as it is dated 31st of December 2002 REMEMBER THIS DATE.

This is the form letter the branch secretaries had to fill out to lie to the AEC that they received the memo 01/03 before the 31st of December 2002 and that they passed it on to their members before 31st December 2002, a bit hard to do with a letter dated 31st December 2002 In fact the branches did not receive the memo until in most cases mid January 2003 as one would expect if the memo was written on the 31st of December 2002 and sent out the next business day. most secretaries refused to lie on Rod Evans behalf, as you can read on the bottom of the form written by a branch secretary. Foolishly some did out of some warped loyalty to Rod Evans.
THIS IS THE BIGGEST WHITE ANT IN ONE NATION'S HISTORY, JUST IN CASE YOU DID NOT KNOW We are looking for any information you may have on this man. He is elledged to have applied for pre-selection for the Liberal Party many years ago , is this true what do you know send us any history you have on him.
