Chris says '' The word representative means re-present, NO party polly has ever represented the people of Forde, they have only ever roboted into parliament and repeated exactly what they are scripted to say and if by pure coincidence something got done in Forde the people wanted well that is sheer luck''. Only an independent can truly represent you. Only an independent can hold regular meetings across Ford where you will be asked what you want me to do and how you want me to vote'' '' I will never spend your money on glossy junk mail telling you what the Prime Minister is doing and putting my photo on the flyer trying to claim the credit''. '' I will show you how true representation can work if given the chance, if anyone tells you an independent can't do anything, that is a lie of the Devil, the only difference between a party representative and an independent is who is instructing them, which would you rather someone acting on the instructions of about 80 people or being instructed by the majority of about 80 thousand people''.
